Sign on site [hand drawn sketch of sign to mark the construction of George Mason College at Fairfax, no date].
Design sketch of the sign which was placed at the corner of University Drive and Payne Street (Va. Rte. 123) marking the construction site of George Mason College, Fairfax, Va.
Artist is unknown, but handwriting on the paper on which the sketch is drawn appears to be that of the director of George Mason College, John Norville Gibson Finley. The words: "Sign on Site" are seen at the top left, while "4 x 6 $55 xx" is at bottom center, below the drawing. Date is not inscribed on sketch, but the drawing is probably from January - March of 1962.
